Technology project evaluations for LSC and other funders can – and should be – much more than bureaucratic exercises. Evaluations are standard practice in medicine, public health, education, benefits programs, and a range of other social services areas. TIG grantees have used well-planned evaluations to improve project implementation and outcomes for clients.  This session will profile how evaluation techniques and approaches used in other fields can be applied to civil legal services technology projects and examine the ways rigorous TIG project evaluations have shaped project implementation and provided key lessons about successes and limitations of different delivery approaches.
